SHIPPING & RETURNS

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we would like to provide you with important information regarding our shipping policies:

All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. Despite our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly message us for a Return procedure within 48 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with us.

Domestic Shipping: Domestic shipping within India depends on the Pincode ranging from a minimum of INR 100 to INR 500 per delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect the delivery to take approximately 5-10 working days for ready-to-wear and a minimum of 4 to 8 weeks for customized wear. The exact duration may vary based on your geographical location within India.

International 

International Shipping: For our international customers, shipping charges will apply. For International deliveries, we offer free shipping on orders of total value above Rs.35,000/-. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is around 15 working days, depending on your specific geographical location.

Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that for international shipments, additional duty charges may be applicable upon the arrival of the product in your country. We kindly request you to settle any duty charges promptly to ensure a timely delivery of your order.

It is important to note that Realm by Vaishali holds no responsibility for non-delivery arising from unsettled duty or tax charges. Regrettably, we will not be able to provide a refund in such instances.

We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries and will send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
