In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process. Please note that the acceptance of returns is subject to our discretion.

Domestic Shipping: Domestic shipping is free PAN India. Delivery times typically range from 5-10 working days for ready-to-wear items and a minimum of 4 to 8 weeks for customized pieces. However, delivery durations may vary depending on your geographical location within India.

International Shipping: For our international customers, shipping charges apply.  Once your order is dispatched, expect an estimated delivery time of around 15 working days, depending on your specific location.

Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional duty charges upon arrival in your country. Prompt settlement of any applicable duty charges is necessary to ensure timely delivery. It's important to note that Realm by Vaishali holds no responsibility for non-delivery due to unsettled duty or tax charges, and refunds cannot be provided in such cases.

Tracking and Confirmation: We utilize reputable courier services for all deliveries. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track your order.
